FINALLY, I get to write about this awesome nail varnish that I found on JACAVA London!
This eco-conscious nail polish company designs and makes all its nail varnishes here in London…
I’d love to see their factories – I’m actually thinking about writing to them to see if I can take a sneak peek! 😉
So basically, what’s not to love? It has a ‘9-Free’ toxic ingredients formula, the only one of its kind in the UK since most are usually 3- or 5-free formulas, rather than the full 9-free.
These are the things that JACAVA have missed out to keep their nail polishes environmentally-friendly and cruelty-free:
- Formaldehyde Free
- Formaldehyde Resin Free (Otherwise known as Tosylamide)
- Toluene Free
- Paraben Free
- Camphor Free
- Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) Free and Free From All Phthalates
- Xylene Free
- Ethyl Tosylamide Free
- Lead Free
- Animal Ingredients Free (Vegan-friendly Nail Polish)
The only thing I would suggest that would make their nail polishes even better would be if their packaging was made out of recycled materials / post consumer waste. It’s a new resource that more and more companies are starting to tap in to as a way of giving back to the environment and reducing the amount of waste that is going unused day by day.
As always, if you do decide to buy, please
