Food Quest in Fowey October 10, 2018
I’ve really been hard on my body recently, and perhaps unkind - only now is it that I reflect and begin to feel so unbelievably thankful that it is still here, still functioning for me. It is now that I find the time to be kind to myself. To let myself eat chocolate and just be grateful that I have a body that will do what I ask of it and to hold enjoyment and pleasure in the moment rather than beating myself up over it long-term.
